I am 48. I threw 400+ pitches of BP & hit over 200 fungoes. Walked my steps (3 rings on my Apple Watch completed on my phone). Went home had 6 white claws & a cigar got less than 4 hours of sleep.felt great today b/c I get to coach baseball. Opening day next week. We ❤️ our job.

- 1.5 gallons of water, 230 grams of protein/3,500 calories + slept 7.5 hours
- 18k steps by Noon today, 150 grams of protein by 5 + heavy squat leg day

Found an old box of hats and found this 1994 (1st year we went purple) and normally Omaha was put on the back of our hats for motivation. But in 1994 our manager passed away in a fireworks mishap so we honored him by putting his name on tue back
