I haven't done an update on SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A wastewater levels for awhile 🇸🇪🦠💩🚽 but there has been a clear increase in the past few weeks. @SciLifeLab_DC @scilifelab @SLUmiljoanalys @COVIDPoops19 @malmberg_maja @StefanEngblom

@VPrasadMDMPH I agree with much of your content @VPrasadMDMPH but in the Fruit Loops saga, you're overlooking a key benefit: banning food colorants will make processed junk look unappealing, eventually reducing consumption—a slower but potentially more meaningful effect than reduced toxicity.

Congrats to Pala and co, your work with nitrifies is truly amazing 🤩
Excited to see our paper on a new #comammox physiology published today in the print issue of Nature. Efforts to isolate new comammox strains with guanidine already on the way.

@sgremminger You already answered the question: because US healthcare sucks. In Sweden healthcare time slots are taken very seriously. Longer than 5 minutes delays are very rare. Even calls with specialist are scheduled and there’s no grace for tardy patients, if you miss your slot, you pay.

@benryanwriter My kids were born in 2007 and 2011 and both were allowed to bike alone to school from age 8. We leave in Sweden, this is normal here.
