@nickski35 It's why the 'only buy potential' policy now is annoying me: it's harder to 'be Brighton' and develop raw players when you're at a club that wants to win things as the pressure and expectation is completely different.

@F365 While managers (and everyone really) should be given leeway to change their minds, I don't understand how a manager could get something so wrong as to a player's position. Nkunku isn't a kid, he's got plenty of seasons under his belt to use to assess where he plays best

@Advitiya2907 @SonOfChelsea Wasn't aware we signed Nkunku last month. I suppose that explains why we haven't seen much of him last 2 seasons! He was also early signing. Sancho was 'market opportunity' they'd done little scouting on and only took him as they could. Same reason they tried to sign Garnacho.

@Advitiya2907 @SonOfChelsea No- they bought 2 kids and a 23 year old and a 26 year old to help immediately. That's how you do it- a mix. We actively have a laughable policy not to sign players over 25!
