Having recently played the new Fallout 4 update, I strongly agree with this take. Quality of the quests aside, the way they are introduced is incredibly inorganic and poorly implemented.
Y'know, the bit that actively annoys me most about the Fallout 4 Next Gen content is the lack of any diegetic context for much of it.
It's just a pile of objectives, locations and quest markers leading to loot.
How does my character know about them? No idea. It's just lazy.
