A great opportunity to work with a great coach
I am holding coaching discovery calls with female healthcare leaders who want to thrive in their leadership roles. I’m taking on 4 rising stars before the end of the financial year. Email me at hello@fluxstate.co.uk if you are interested in knowing more #Coaching #FNFScholar

@savannahvicario I’m assuming your message is for all parents not just Mums? So there’s no teachers for your kids, no pharmacists for your medication and the surgery you need- no surgeons either they all gave up their jobs on your advice oops.

@SafferTheGaffer @BBCNews It makes me so angry too. The only time the press use murdered women’s jobs is when they are sympathising with the man who murdered her, like in the case of Emma Pattison & her daughter Lettie. Apparently she was “too successful”.

@ilovemypets56 Beautiful sermon and interesting how many Christians seem to be deeply offended by the suggestion of tolerance, valuing people & being compassionate. Now who was the nice man with a beard who preached the same?

I really like this made me stop & think
To be effective leaders of change & improvement, we can’t take a "one-size fits all" approach. The change methods need to fit the goal/problem, not the other way around. @Digitaltonto identifies 3 types of change problem & offers links to methods to support each: 1) Strategic shift: where senior leaders make a decision & effective communication & coordination is needed so everybody understands the new context & can play their role. 2) Individual behavioural shift: where many people are needed to change their own behaviours, requiring a big investment in building trusting relationships & psychological safety across teams. 3) Collective action: where shifts are needed in individual & collective behaviour on a large scale. This is more like a social movement, where momentum & critical mass are built by empowering early adopters and helping them to build connections with others.
