If you haven't received any status updates regarding your @framer template review, your email might be on @intercom bounce list — just like mine was 😅💪

This is insane! The guys from Templates are making excuses, saying that we didn’t receive the email, even though we receive all emails normally, including from the domain. Now they’re telling us to deal with Intercom because Framer sends emails through it. 😂 When I asked them to forward the email to my personal email, it turned out to be impossible to access it!

From my experience, I’d suggest adding more status tags like "Waiting for review", "In review (1st round)", " In review (2nd round)" etc. In my case, I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks without any update on the review status and it is still in the "Waiting for review" state. I tried to write an email but no response also.
