@petergoeman_ That promise was for Abraham ONLY. You think God will "bless you" for blessing a Jew who murders children?...

@CapturingChrist 2 Maccabees 12 is not a reference to purgatory in any way... We ALL go to Sheol after we die, NOT heaven. This is exactly what the early church taught for the first 300 years of Christianity. Hear them in their own words ⬇️⬇️

@NickJFuentes Read your Bible. Psalm 97:9, "For you, LORD, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods" Gen 14:19, ""Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth" Psalm 57:2, ""I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me"

@TheTaxButler For the first 300 years of Christianity, all the church fathers taught that we go to Sheol after we die, not heaven. The pagan gnostics believed we go to heaven, which the church strongly condemned as heretical.

@justintheway7 In the OT, you could not call yourself an Israelite if you rejected the high priesthood of Aaron. Today, you cannot call yourself an Israelite if you reject the high priesthood of Jesus Christ. It's that simple.
