@kds71778 @monisola_ar @___110010100___ @anumccartney yeah that’s fair. just keep in mind it’s a sensitive topic for women as it seems everytime there’s a rape discussion the men are always bringing up false allegations rather than just showing support for the victim(s) or condemning the actual case.

@kds71778 @monisola_ar @___110010100___ @anumccartney i think india should definitely focus on revamping their justice system, as i feel every country could benefit from doing that honestly. we need better measures in place to prevent both false allegations from spreading and non-convictions for actual cases

@kds71778 @monisola_ar @___110010100___ @anumccartney yes men are always ONLY talking about false rape cases and that right there is the problem. 11,921 out of the 164,866 is certainly a problem but not as big as the actual rape case problem. and i believe these women who falsely accused should serve jail time and be charged

@___110010100___ @monisola_ar @anumccartney the percentage of false rape allegations are so beyond low compared to actual rape cases, and many such cases don’t even get investigated properly let alone get justice for the victim so i HIGHLY doubt these “false filing cases” will hold weight if actual cases don’t.
