Correction: Chattisgarh HC, not Delhi. We still do not have laws criminalising marital rape. Any sex, even if forced, if the wife is above 18 years of age, is fine as per the current law if married, is my understanding
In case you didn’t read the article: This man raped his wife. He raped her so violently her anus perforated and she passed away in the hospital. But it’s “not a crime” according to the Delhi High Court.
