Normalise asking children for consent to touch them. Whether it is a hug, a kiss, an arm rub. Ask for consent. Teach them from a young age that they have autonomy over their personal space and they have a right to be upset if it is violated.

I’m so proud of my mum! She’s being honoured for this breed of cow she genetically engineered. Her masters thesis was on the feasibility of creating this exact breed and so many years later she actually did it! ❤️. It’s a beautiful cow too!

I am the BIGGEST advocate for proning. I’ve seen it work wonders at improving my patients oxygen levels & at helping them and get off oxygen. It’s a miraculous manoeuvre. It works by increasing blood flow to your lungs & by increasing the surface area for effective gas exchange.
