Surely Upton saying that biological sex is a nebulous term that doesn't really mean anything is fantastic ammunition for Naomi's cross examination of people at NHS Fife. They can't possibly agree to that? And yet they have acted as if that makes sense.

It's not like any other belief that where people can get along with each other in the workplace as professionals. There seems like far to much for one judge to unpick.

@Docstockk Presumably the judge will have weigh Upton's beliefs in their totality so it's best to have it all out. It's just so hard to see how people with such radical beliefs can coexist with everyone else, especially when they think not agreeing is abuse. It's a nightmare for workplaces.

@FeministRoar Everyone likes to elevate lying to trans or NB people. But gender is more like an ugly Christmas jumper given to you by your aunt. You pretend to like it to avoid confrontation. It's not about kindness or dignity - those involve real connection between people.
