Not a think tank, we're a little more specific about the exact laws/acts/regulations that need to be changed to make stuff happen Not a lobby group, we're a volunteer organization We've been calling ourselves a Policy Incubator internally. Whatever the name is, we're putting out ideas for policy changes for a pro-growth Canada and hope the public shows enough support such that those in government actually enact them
@melkuo Is this a think tank? After reading the FAQ I am slightly confused what the goal of this organization would be, beyond "good vibes about the future of tech builderism"

Take Tiny Mile, a Toronto startup that developed self-driving robots for food delivery. In 2021 the city banned these robots. TinyMile was forced to relocate to the US, taking their jobs and innovation with them. We could have created new solutions here in Canada but we lost it.
