not sure why this came to mind considering ive never taken improv, but tbh maybe an improv class of sorts. as a meta i imagine it pushes people out of their comfort zones, unlocks thoughts or ideas people didnt know they had before, exposure therapy to fear of looking stupid, which could snowball into other areas of life. this also makes me curious what a a non-traditional improv class might look like, i.e. improv x technology (holds the shape of a hackathon but not quite?). i think the vibes of an art worm is closer to it - how do we replicate an art worm in each field? (at the heart of improv is just spitting out ideas and building on top of the ideas of others)
