@UHaul_Cares terrible customer service. Rented a truck & supplies for a move. Picked up truck & it was empty, no supplies. I then had to spend 3 hours hunting down supplies and buying the items which delayed my move by 3 hours. What does uhaul do? Slap me with a 3 hour late fee

3. Tech comes today but doesn’t have the right router/equipment. Says to contact support. I do. 4. Again support refuses to mail new router and schedules me a new appt 5. New appt time comes and tech doesn’t show despite tracking link showing he’s here
