@PadmaPande @jfitzgeraldMD Agree 100% 👆🏽 was one motivation for our paper attempting to classify complexity of TLH. We should get credit for our effort and skill!

@OlgaTheOBGYN Definitely a thing! I can also tell when I get a referral bc the MD doesn’t like their patient… But sometimes I don’t mind a ref for something like hysteroscopy - I have block time and I can get people in for some things way faster! Better for everybody in that case!

I have them preop plan all cases & discuss reasoning behind equipment/modality choices. Video review and required surgery journal. (Only) Some are invested in all of this and it pays off!
