Congrats to our 3rd year GYN ONC @OSUCCC_James @OSUWexMed fellow Dr Polly Haight on having her thesis published in @Nature_NPJ Precision Oncology “Molecular characterization of mixed-histology endometrial carcinoma provides prognostic and therapeutic value over morphologic findings” *high rates of POLe mutations *high rates of multiple classifiers *p53 and NSMP tumors have similarly poor outcomes *transcriptome analysis provides insight for therapeutic target differences *high rates of pathology disagreement on these tumors means molecular class may a nice complement to traditional pathological assessment
