@DMVHockey If you are not getting quality coaching or ice time go where you will. Advancement is determined based upon continual development. Don't listen to the propaganda each league/organization spews. Listen to your players development needs.

@DMVHockey Club teams will become more prominent and be the “minor leagues”/call up for injured (skaters 24-30+). Coaches will figure a way to make it work. Going into the transfer portal just became less attractive if expecting to go D1-D1.

@Kim_Conmy @DMVHockey It is not always about tendering, drafting, selecting the BEST players for the team. There is so much more that goes into it. If you are NOT having direct discussions with the HC/AC, skated with the team in practice, etc. Paying to attend main camp is for fun/experience only.
