I don't think anybody is saying that the NRA did this. I believe their point is that the NRA works hard to influence legislators to prevent them from passing laws that restrict gun ownership.

Walton Heath - Old Course
Enjoyed the full heathland experience yesterday. Drives getting 100+ yard of roll, taking 2-3 clubs less on approaches to allow for the run on and possibly the fastest, firmest greens I’ve ever played. Can’t wait to watch the Women’s Open in August!

Every hole is virtually the same. 18-20y wide fairways, 1-3y of 1.5” rough & then 5” rough. The holes are generally straight and have bunkers on one or both sides of landing zones both off the tee and at the green. Most greens have 2 spines breaking them into 4 really tiny greens
