Bang on, let’s not all go straight to diagnosing ourselves with depression it’s not helpful. Speak to people, exercise, diet, sleep - basics can be the key.
There’s a difference between having depression and just having a shit time. When ur having a shit time there’s things u can do to perk your mood up, when ur depressed it’s like no matter what u do u can’t get out of it. It’s a chemical imbalance in the brain don’t get it mixed up.
