A few swings from today at 16u National Championship in Lakepoint, 1-3 with a pull side single, a long fly ball to the warning track, and a 98 mph line drive to the center fielder against upper 8 arms. Dropped a tough game today, but we'll be back tomorrow.

As in any philosophy I encounter, play devil’s advocate. What happens when your motor preferences “aren’t working” ? Hitting complex puzzle but I’m sure you’ve had guys who you’ve “optimized” into their ideal preference setup/moves who fail miserably and/or hurt. Then what?

Learning to handle failure and stay true to process starts with the foam balls HA😈
A lot of my training sessions aren't that sexy. Players hit nasty pitches. Swing and miss, and foul balls off. We train dirty to make the game easier. They have to lock in every rep. No auto pilot.

1/2 My hitting movement take on MP has been through assessment process, it’s able to recommend most optimal plane of rotation to hold direction+your own unique way to be stable in your center of mass. Essentially optimizing your levers. Am I onto something
