If you've driven the PCH just north of Santa Monica you probably noticed that trailer park overlooking the ocean. It's called Tahitian Terrace and it is no more, like a nuclear bomb was dropped on it.

LA did not spend anywhere near that amount. I am seeing a $13m allocation from HHH funding, which was approved by the voters for the purpose of building these types of supportive housing projects, which features many types of needed services like health care, mental health services etc.
