@mhp_guy One thing I do to deter bad habits is wear a rubber band around my wrist. When I’m about to make a choice I move the rubber band from one wrist to the other. That break in your subconscious is enough to ask yourself am I making this decision consciously or unconsciously

X is amazing. Yesterday I posted a tweet asking what I should know about NNN Medical Office properties. Yesterday I connected with 4 people and had 2 45 min calls with operators in this space. Here are some of my learnings: Underwrite the practice and then the property.

@mhp_guy I HATE the denitst....maybe scared is a better word than hate. I went to one 2 years ago that said I needed to come back for an "emergency filling on 2 cavities." I got a second opinion who said I have 0 cavities. Why is this a best practice in this space.
