@LogarithmicDis @Alushin_Lab @JCellBiol We used motioncorr2 for initial motion correction. Optimizing particle picking, Bayesian polishing and ctfRefine (with some small tricks for smoothing defocus along the filament), and focused refinement with small searches of a short segment helped us increase the resolution.
