So normal terms and conditions apply. Dont worry, the Aviation minister is on the case. I have a copy of the letter my MP sent her. Boris will soon be informed....!

@British_Airways Why can I still not cancelled my flight. This picture is from a link in manage my bookings. Forcing people to cancel before the cut off date so you can keep their deposit and seat fees. ROBBERY.!

@British_Airways I am currently in contact with my local MP, who is also keeping the Aviation Minister upto date with the current situation regarding BA's stand point on this. I have forwarded a screen shot of your reply. "This will be resolved". And it won't look good fo BA..!
