@hankgreen Tomorrow you can look back with perspective. Today it’s okay to feel all the emotions (and ask for some extra Ativan premed if necessary.) It just sucks -for the whole family. Not sure if they can Ativan the family, however. Caregivers need Ativan support too!

My 95 year old Grandma has been without @CenturyLink phone service since May 25. No one show for the scheduled service appointment yesterday. Website says sorry we missed your appt. Virtual agent says no appointment found. No access to 911 for this long is unacceptable.

@CenturyLink My 95 year old grandma has been without phone service since May 25. She has no way to contact 911 in an emergency and no one showed for her scheduled service appointment yesterday. We have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get resolution. This is unacceptable.
