90% cyclist's fault. The driver probably had no idea the cyclist was approaching, view obscured by stationary cars. The cyclist should have been filtering at minimum speed and been vigilant for hazards.

Sex is an immutable physical property of a person. Gender is a quasi-religious thought you have about yourself in your head and choose, usually whether asked or not, to "share" with other people.
