Being a father is like being a ref. The priority is to ensure the laws are upheld and the players stays safe. A good ref will, though, guide the players through the game & let it flow, educate instead of dictate and only produce cards when absolutely necessary. #HappyFathersDay.

What I know is that clubs teams and squads don't get promoted, families do. What we have created at Marlow is a huge family, from the volunteers, to the board, the sponsors, the players, my management team, and, of course our loyal supporters. 1/2

Really, you could cap attendances to say 350 at Step 4 and still ensure social distancing in the crowd and probably not hit 350 in most situations. Even if we had bigger gates due to EPL/EFL being behind closed doors, 350 would be increased revenue for most clubs at the level.
