So far, no one on TikTok cares about it this video, they’re all commenting on the shirt 😂 It’s not mine, it’s made by @OldStateSaloon and you can get one on their website. But I also think this video is on one of the most important and complex cultural topics of our time.

Oh I’m no expert by any means. I’m only using myself as the example. I suppose a CAC scan is helpful to get an overall picture together with other blood markers such as triglycerides, HDL, trig/HDL ratio and insulin levels. A heart stress test to measure flow is also helpful. All of these tests have come back really good for me so I’m pretty sure heart disease is not what will kill me. ✨ This is a good conversation though.

@KenDBerryMD Does this include butter? Or are you talking mainly milk & cheese. I cook in butter, have a splash of milk in my coffee and cottage cheese from time to time… Im interested in looking into the dairy effects.

Really? What do you base this on? To me, CAC is not even widely promoted and never was. I had to ask for my test, twice over the last 7 years. Cardiologists logically wouldn’t want you to be healthy because - no heart disease no patients hence no income for them? It’s in their direct interest to have as many patients as possible? The patient is their livelihood.

@chillibuster No CAC test don’t show soft plaque. The soft plaque test should really be available to everyone too. It’s not, unless you’re in a high risk zone (at least not in Australia)
