Thank you to @eilishor for the opportunity to discus this on behalf of the HSCPA. Very stark numbers. 40-80 % staff vacancy rates across HSCP services, 86% maternity leave not covered and workforce over 80% female. Some primary care services being discontinued.
We extremely concerned about the dangerously long 'hidden' waiting lists within the HSE to access appointments with physiotherapists and other services. We are advocating on this with our colleagues in the Health and Social Care Professions Alliance (HSCPA)

As you go to polls tomorrow , if you are a HSCP or if you or someone you care for will ever need the care of a HSCP, be aware that staffing is currently 40% down and we are told those jobs are gone! This affects everyone who will ever need to attend healthcare services @_ISCP_

Very disappointing that HSE CEO @BernardGloster did not attend the HSCP Conference in person today. I know many people here would like to speak to him about the devastating impact of the Pay and Numbers Strategy, and absence of HSCP leadership at Senior Exec level
