Our latest study with @HeartRPh @denniskomd examining ACEi and ARBs in individuals with CAD. Bottom Line: ACEi/ARBs associated with ⬇️ MACE ⬆️ AKI. The magnitude of the association is smaller than prior clinical trials & potentially more favourable in high-risk individuals
