Not having a semi-final on the Thursday (when the finals is scheduled) followed by the gold medal game on Saturday (Feb 22) is a shocking decision. Semi final between seeds 2 and 3 would make so much money, plus a Saturday night finals, oh mannn. Shocking decision honestly.

Unironically Kerfoot might be the perfect 3C for us rn.
Does anyone else find it wryly amusing how much a couple low-event, speedy, defensively solid forwards who chip in the odd point would help the Leafs right now? Give me Kerfoot and Engvall over anyone in the Leafs current bottom six.

Bunch of rumours around Laughton to the Leafs. Could be good, he’s not pricey, perfect 3C player. All depends on what the return is. I wouldn’t give up Minten for Laughton, unless Philly adds something else.

Another 3C option for the Leafs could be Brayden Schenn. 33 years old with three years left at $6.5 mil isn’t great, if the Blues can retain a bit of it, maybe this can work out.
