The Geordie Double begins! We set off on our Hadrian’s Wall Walk today by walking from Bowness-on-Solway to Carlisle. Raising money for @MaggiesCentres and walking in memory of John Gurney. Thanks to everyone who has sponsored us and to @maggiesne for their support.

We know Father's Day can be a hard day for many. If you're finding today difficult, we're here with you. Just come in to the centre during the week if you need space to talk. We're open Monday to Friday 9 - 5 and there's always a peaceful spot to sit and someone to listen
