It has been confirmed within the manga that Geto is a first-generation Sorcerer. Both of his parents were normal humans, and he was scouted by Jujutsu High to become a student.
The fact that they're normal humans is why he killed them.

While most Innate Technqiues are inherited, it's still possible for Cursed Techniques to simply develop spontaneously in non-Sorcerer lines. A lot of the people Kenjaku made into Sorcerers for the Culling Games are exactly like that; Geto is just a natural example.

There are mangaka out there right now doing fan doujin for gacha games they worked on, just for fun.

Womb Profusion is definitely Kenjaku's Domain Expansion. I think what he's doing is identical to Yuta in the newest chapter, choosing one of multiple Cursed Techniques to embed inside the Domain as the attack effect. Kenjaku just uses the Techniques of previous hosts, like Kaori.

Sukuna didn't do the nasty with Kenjaku, the way souls work in JJK means that Sukuna is Yuji's dad on a spiritual level since he and Jin are considered the same entity via jujutsu rules.
