I heard that a few drops of sweat from Thomas de Gendt would heal broken bones in no time. I thought that’s awesome, just ask him. Then I realised a machine like him doesn’t sweat. Guess I will have to let it heal conservative 😒🙄.

You‘re what you eat. So what do professional cyclists eat?. Valverde: Good wine, gets better by age. Porte: Ice cream, Always good when it is hot. De Gendt: Pizza, Ever had bad Pizza? Unbeatable on a good day, still awesome on a bad day. Campenaerts: Knifes, aero as a knife.

Stage 17: 150 riders beaten. Also on a negative side, I got fined for a sticky bottle, rightfully so. It was unnecessary and stupid. The fine is 200 CHF and as it is really deserved, I‘ll add this to my total as well. Sorry.New total: 2651.

My first memory from the #TourdeSuisse parcour. When I was 10 years old my dad and I climbed the old tremola road, when 2k into the climb I accelerated. Dropped my dad, stoped later because obviously alone I was scared. Dad climbing easy, passing by and asking why I accelerated.
