Mental illness is so normalised now. No one cares if you are depressed because it is literally considered to be normal. Actually, it’s impressive when you meet someone who is completely mentally healthy.

People with bpd are often labeled as manipulative and obsessive, when really we are some of the most gentle, kind, empathetic and caring people you will ever meet. Stop all the misinformation it’s dangerous.
