Hey @Airbnb, travelling with elderly parents 80+ is tough enough but when after 14hrs we get to our condo to find out it’s on the top floor and the elevator has been condemned despite the host promising us it was in working order, beds are tiny and the AC doesn’t go below 27! 🤷‍♂️
