Bloody disgusting the poor colleagues and this is why Sainsbury’s is loosing ground and staff they deserve to go down the pan

@SkyHelpTeam ok so iv done this test yet again and again no help what so ever I get to a dead end with no resolution to my problem im becoming exasperated that u telling me to do all this at the end I am still in sane position I have dii ok ent hours now to no avail

@SkyHelpTeam I have done this on 3 occasions in the last 24 hrs this is not helping me at all sorry it just tells me I have internet yet the tv says no internet connection

@SkyHelpTeam I have a mobile on 4 g but I’m not at hone until this evening it says when I do the test I have broadband but the sky q box won’t connect to it when I do all the reboots etc
