Having contamination OCD isnโt just about washing hands too much. Itโs the constant fear, the endless what-ifs, the rituals that feel like life or death. Itโs exhausting, isolating, and so misunderstood. If you know someone struggling, patience & kindness go a long way. ๐#ocd
