This is precisely what Mike Davis and other experts I interviewed making Bring Your Own Brigade warned me about. That fire could burn into the city of Los Angeles and nothing could stop it, when the winds lined up, as inevitably one day they would. I am looking out of a window in.
Media is warning that the fire could grow far into Santa Monica and West LA throughout the night. "If the winds continue to blast like they have been and we expect them to go into the morning, all of these folks could be in danger."

Yes when Sundance invited me to do 5th panel (in different years) about being a female, I couldn’t take it anymore, begged to be on a panel about filmmaking, like they ask the male directors to do. Make the men do the gender panels. It’s not me who has a problem with my gender 🤢.

How can POTUS be so wrong? Yes. There are clear, agreed-upon reasons, including climate change. That's why I've been making a film about #californiafires for the past year. My heart is with firefighters, who fight for us with their lives, who blow me away. To all those affected❤️.
There is no reason for these massive, deadly and costly forest fires in California except that forest management is so poor. Billions of dollars are given each year, with so many lives lost, all because of gross mismanagement of the forests. Remedy now, or no more Fed payments!.
