@BARBARtkowski According to the literature (although not assessed in this study), functional diversity promotes resilience. Importantly, methodological limitations associated with assessing resilience, but not resistance, may partly explain this discrepancy.

@BARBARtkowski We proposed three posibles explanations to this result: -Other sources of resilience might be involved (seed banks?). -The proposed mechanisms are not generalizable to all ecosystems. Specific traits might be important. -Positive relationships may emerge in longer studies.
