my veggie“spaghetti bolognese” is one of my biggest safe foods atp, this whole bowl (including the bread!) is less than 400 cals. 32g protein, 3-4 serves of veg. insane. it doesn’t look like it in the photo but this bowl is loaded

also! pre op when the surgeon was drawing markings on my chest he asked if i’d lost more weight and congratulated me and said bc i have less subcutaneous tissue he could make shorter incisions than planned! so apparently they follow my pec line and my ROM post op is better

i made a jelly yoghurt bowl! the bottom layer is sf jelly with greek yoghurt and protein powder, then greek yoghurt mixed with protein custard powder topped with fresh mango, strawberries, blackberries and protein peanut granola the whole bowl is only 345 cals and 43g protein!!!

got froyo to celebrate my partners bday! it’s a special day so i absolutely covered the frozen yoghurt in all my favourite toppings (it’s peanut butter!!!) estimating ~440 cals but whatever, i deserve a special treat and i deserve to enjoy it more info in alt as always

breakfast of champions 🫡 the white chocolate raspberry quest bar is SOOO good! think it might be my favourite of all the quest flavours i’ve tried so far (sorry bday cake i still love you)

7 days binge free! the longest i’ve been in a month since everything went to shit in march. it’s been hard and i want to eat tonight bc i skipped dinner and had a big day but i’m gonna go to sleep instead of stressing about eating. slowly but surely getting back on track

todays eats! 1389 cals, 101g protein, 38g fibre. it was hard and stressful to plan around lunch oats that were almost 500 cals but i had so much fun with them it was worth it. will defs experiment more with pistachio oats soon!
