@urbanjerry2 @nycpix @NoBikeLanes Not really. Moscow’s isn’t 24/7 unlike New York’s. Fast and frequent service is super important. Operating around the clock is a huge benefit to New Yorkers.

@EarthyOuds @NewsWire_US Agreed that the amount of red tape is an issue but also, land acquisition is a little different in the United States vs. China. China was able to build faster because land rights for individuals don’t really exist there.
