Be aware, if you want to ride Afan, most trails (aside from Blue Scar) are closed. @NatResWales have posted a notice on their website but not many are aware of these changes. There are also diversions in place on other trails that remain open.

Anyone have recommendations for a PT in the cycling sphere that deals with injury rehabilitation? (Doesn't have to be a PT, but someone that can give me a plan to follow). Although what the injury is, still unknown 😆🥲
