being able to swap the foundational models we use in our architecture to the latest and greatest is such an underrated superpower 🔥
all ai pins internally + a small number externally are now running gpt-4o!
still early, but so far lots of great improvements:
14% decrease in latency
28% shorter answers
33% fewer bad answers
beyond the numbers, everything just feels smarter and more accurate (as expected)

it feels warm to the touch when it overheats (this only lasts a few min), def not burning. it rarely happens bc main cause is using the laser consecutively for more than a few min, while usual daily use is voice with the occasional laser in. i use my pin all the time w no issues!
