@tophtucker is it because of wood construction or simply that the buildings are lower to the ground? did the non-combustable concrete structures simply allow for more smoke to get trapped within the buildings? it's intriguing... but feels like drawing a conclusion from very few data points

@liquidizer Was also experimenting on a 2-dimensional shader version of this w/ @LeonardPauli a little while back— which would be neat, because it'd allow for infinite canvases with peripheral vision

@houshuang Did you consider going into this whether to learn forwards or backwards? I’ve always suspected learning history backwards could be more effective because you can always connect chains of events up to the present day, but I’ve never seriously put this theory to the test

@ulkar_aghayeva i’ve actually done this before! it doesn’t take too long to get familiar with the rhythm, for it to start coming naturally mistakes abound of course, but also sometimes you’ll just accidentally say something in perfect rhyming pentameter and it feels great
