Don't pretend this policy is safe because 'masks' are advised. There is NO STANDARD of respiratory care or respirator fit testing protocol for kids in the US & no IAQ requirement for CA schools. The way to prevent spread is 2 way fit tested N95 + IAQ. /3

on the importance of keeping CO2 low. 800ppm CO2 & higher perpetuates infection 2 different ways: 1- It means ventilation isn't ideal & 2: virus takes longer to deactivate. This is important for schools. Those in the know, keep CO2 low.
