@taghioskoui @chrashwood @mjmaccoss 3. As figure shows, we see localized space charging when there’s more than 1k ions per peak so there aren’t many peaks with more than 1k ions because AGC is doing its job

@chrashwood I think the spectrum you are showing is in the 99th percentile for number of ions in that run so I wouldn't say it's representative of much
