1 Corinthians 7:4-5 describes a mutual, self-giving between husband and wife. Men who force their wives to have sex (when she is sick, for example) is not giving his body in authority to his wife. He’s being led by carnality.

What is it before birth?
Still a baby.
The phrase "abort the baby" communicates that you either lack sufficient knowledge to make policy about abortion and/or are dishonestly communicating your point.
"Aborting a pregnancy" is correct because the goal is to end a pregnancy.
