Today marks the FIRST DAY of my challenge to build a SaaS until I achieve success During my research, I came across a website called NoteGPT: This site offers multiple AI tools and is MAKING A TON OF MONEY They’re getting around 4M visits per month. And even in the worst-case scenario, they’re generating more than $400,000 monthly 😱 What’s even MORE SHOCKING is that 66.3% of their traffic comes from SEO ALONE One of their top keywords is "YouTube video summarizer" a solid indication that this is a good niche So, that’s what my first SaaS will be. SHIPPING FAST means the idea should be SIMPLE—not necessarily new or creative, but an optimized version of an EXISTING PRODUCT that adds value or solves a problem I’ll take this concept further by adding features like: - Transcription of any video - Video summarization - Chat with the video With this tool, you could upload your 1-HOUR PODCAST, get a full summary, and even CHAT with it to ask any question you want That’s the plan for my first SaaS Tomorrow, development starts THERE’S NO TIME FOR OVERTHINKING.
