This is one of these wild things that is designed to be very hard to argue against, but will almost definitely lead to cases where some kid is charged with murder because a police officer died unrelatedly when he was shoplifting or something dumb (as we see in the US)
Umm no. There's already a life sentence for murder so what's the point of this? What should be a manslaughter charge becoming murder just because of someones's job? No. No-ones life should be worth more than another.
